Payment Policy:
At BEBEADS , all transactions are conducted in USD currency only . Please be
sure to enter your address correctly. We are NOT responsible for lost packages due to an
incomplete or incorrect address.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
We ship our product to most countries worldwide, for all domestic and international
packages. While we strive to deliver goods in the time frame we specify, we cannot
guarantee or accept liability for deliveries made outside of this time frame. As we rely on
third party shipping companies to facilitate our customer deliveries for us, we cannot
accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed
Deliveries.
Once an order has been processed, a tracking number usually takes 3-7 business days to
be generated. Please take note to allow 3-5 business days for your tracking information to
be updated. If you have not received your tracking number within 7 business
days and/or if the tracking status is “not available” within 3-5 business days from the
time you have received your tracking number, kindly send us an email
at support@bebeads.co
The processing time for orders is 3-5 business days. Once shipment is already loaded on
the plane, estimated delivery is 14-20 business days internationally.
Please take note that there are some unforeseen circumstances like customs delays that we are unable to control on our end, some delays are expected if there is an upcoming holiday season.
We are not liable for deliveries that are affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers
from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or
delays, nor any extra fees, customs or backend charges incurred.
Please be aware: All FREE Gifts from our store will not fall under the standard shipping
times and may take 30 days or longer to receive your gift.
IMPORTANT:
We are not responsible if a package is not deliverable because of missing, incomplete or
incorrect destination information. Please enter the correct shipping details when checking
out.
If shipping information is not entered in correctly before your item gets shipped out
(within 24 hours), we are not responsible for the lost package.

Return & Exchange Policy
14 Day Return Policy
We have a strong 14 day return policy upon receiving your item(s). You may return the
item only after 14 days of receiving the item as long as it is NOT used and remains in the
original packaging.
After 14 days we will NOT offer refunds under any circumstances. If
you are unhappy for any reason, please contact us at support@bebeads.co and let us know.
We want to make sure your buying experience remains pristine.
Damaged Product
We will refund or replace ANY damaged product no questions asked. Please send an
email to support@bebeads.co within 14 days upon receiving the item. After
14 days we will NOT refund any items.
Replacement
In the events where the product received comes with manufacturing defects, buyers are
entitled to request for a reimbursement or replacement within 14 days of receiving the
item.
Buyers may be required to provide photographic evidence of the product’s
manufacturing defects to support@bebeads.co If the case is deemed
valid, Bebeads will cover related costs to reimburse.
After 14 days of receiving the item, buyers can no longer request for item
reimbursement for any reason.
Cancellation on Orders
In the event you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours upon
receiving confirmation of your order at support@bebeads.co Please be
advised that any cancellations requested after 12 hours or purchase will not be
entertained.
